UNIID-SEA to pilot training course on “Co-innovation for Inclusive Local Governance” in the Philippines
Since 2012, the program has produced three course offerings for Undergraduates, and an ongoing Master’s course development. Academic units under the Ateneo de Manila University, the University of Malaya, Hoa Sen University, and Chulalongkorn University have been engaged by the program.
The University of Malaya has recently decided to establish UMCARES –the UM Community and Sustainability Centre. UMCARES is dedicated to facilitate and increase the university’s role in community engagement, and in sustainable and inclusive development.
IID Fellows Program and IID Challenge Grants Program will accept proposals until June 30, 2014.
One to two research projects in each country will awarded grant funding. The project will last for six months to one year.
This challenge will introduce IID as a strategy for innovation research to achieve national development goals and targets for inclusive development.
Taking part in the Inclusive Innovation Hub exemplifies the commitment of the ADMU in providing open access to research materials that are beneficial to nation building and inclusive development.
